I gave up on the 21-day junk-free challenge.

I'm just gonna diligently record my diet and workout, and snack moderately at the same time.

One day, I'll be a health freak!
121.5 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
