DAY TWO OF EGG/PROTEIN. BUT REALLY COUNTING AS DAY ONE BECAUSE YESTERDAY ....SUNDAY 0/22/2013 WAS VERY OFF AND NOT DONE RIGHT.SO STARTING A MORE STRUCTURED DAY AND WILL WEIGH IN ON THURSDAY 26 SEPT 1013.
