Gained weight during getting the house ready to sell and moving (about 30 lbs). Reset diet on sept 10. Lost 2.4 lbs in 10 days following induction phase on atkins. Determined to get back to under 170, hopefully by xmas or even my birthday, and get the remainder off for next summer.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
