Down 2 pounds this monday morning. :) Want to get a kettle ball before Christmas. Told my daughter that it was nice that she would get it for me for Christmas but I couldn't wait as I am excited to see what it does for my exercise routine. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they use their kettle ball. What size did you start with? Hope everyone is having a good morning or evening wherever you live. And yes, We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have no idea about kettle ball,but I definately can say its very nice that you are going for some more exercise keep it up Cindy :)
