I am not sure with my Gastric Rouen-Y Procedure if I should be at the calorie level this program sets me at. 10 years ago at the time of my surgery the requirements that I had to hold was at least 80 ounces of water and at least 60 grams of protein. Those being the 2 main factors I watched and that I could only eat approximately 2 oz at a time left me unable to keep up to the 60 grams protein eating every 2 hours awake.
I then started using whey protein powder w/milk and my main other food source to be cheese (cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, or I would make cream cheese from yogurt). I still mainly eat cottage cheese, I have lost the routine of the milk and protein and I am not taking in enough water.

The past 2 Days I have eaten way more than I usually do on a daily basis. Again mainly cottage cheese. I will be buying chicken to add to my favorite hamburger helper beef strogenoff for this week. And will start adding back in the protein drinks. (I dread, I got so tired of the powders taste even changing flavors. I can't afford the Ensure complete or I would go to it.

I am glad to see the 3 pound drop. I also know I can gain 10 over night. So I am not excited yet.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
