With FMS I try to work out, become over taken by pain and I quit... time goes by I try again, become over taken and quit. Viscous circle.
My Diet due to G R-Y is minimal I have not tracted my calories, protien, carbs for very long time. Am going to do that thru fatsecret now. Plus record all exercise times and calorie burn efforts.
My main food is Cottage cheese 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup 2 to 3 times a day. Then I add little things to it.

You are no where near your high weight and with medicine making you gain weight it sounds like you are doing pretty good, but logging your food is always a good idea, Welcome!

Yes true, There was a Big psychological thing that happened along with loosing the weight with the surgery though. I was loosing more and more all the time and I could see that in the mirror, however in my head, even now, I still envision that "fat person"
I hit 200 the other day, I think mainly some water gain, I panicked. I have been fighting trying to get down out of the 190's for forever, to hit that 200 I just can't go there or above again.
Thank you for the encouragement :)
