looking for suggestions
Hello, I am new to this program as of today. I am trying to loose almost 70#. I deal with FMS (Fibromyalgia), Extreme muscle pain.
In my past attempts this last 2 years to exercise I start out about where I would in Physical Therapy sessions. My work out equipment consists of the Gazelle (simulates cross country skiing)I go 2 miles every work out. The Ab Glider, for belly crunches, Side crunches, build upper arm/chest strength and back strength. I start at 5 reps each and each workout add 5 more reps each. Tread Mill I start at 1 minute about 2.3 mph (I have extreme difficulty with the tread mill due to hip and back pain) each work out I try to ad another minute.
My problem is that with FMS things like weather fronts and as much as over doing the exercise I get days I have to struggle just to move. Then I am down for a week or better and have to get brave to start over again.
I am looking for "my Challenge" not yet sure I understand all that is available to me in this site.
I am wondering if anyone would give me their suggestion to a challenge that I might be able to keep up with and if I do fall behind could maybe jump back in when I start feeling good enough to go again?
I am looking at the 7 Minute Circuit Workout?
