Just completed a fasted 20 min workout of kickboxing and some weights as well at the gym. I feel just fine and not really hungry or low energy. There are additional benefits for a 36 hr fast, and I am feeling up to it..maybe? My next eating time is supposed to be 2 pm today for the 24 hr mark. But I could just wait to eat until tomorrow morning(since the 36 hr mark is at 2 am and I will be asleep!
HMM decisions decisions.

Well, here I go! I didn't eat at 2 so I might as well go for it. I have to work again at 5 so hopefully I will not have any issues.
