Well back from vacation. Not that I would really ever call it that when you are averaging walking about 7.5 miles a day just to be a tourist. For all those that have been burning the calories GREAT JOB and keep up the good work. For those of us that fell off the wagon a bit. Time to pick ourselves back up and get back in the saddle full throttle. Is my last week of regular Insanity and think am going to give Asylum a shot and see how that works out. My body is definitely getting used to the workouts so is time to turn up the intensity again. Hopefully everyone has been sticking to their plans and getting the results they are wanting and striving for.

Vacation consisted of walking around DC (several days in a row) and Gettysburg. Pretty much each day we were averaging anywhere from 5-7 miles walking. Had to be the tour guide for family that came to town.

Awesome! I'm from around DC, so I've had my share of museum and Capital visits haha! I know what you mean about walking on vacation though! When I went to Rehoboth beach this year, I literally walked EVERYWHERE! At least 3 hours of walking a day, more like 4 or 5. By the third day I was like 'can I sit around for a day?' lol. Glad you had a good vacay!
