waist measurement over navel: 79.8 cm (sort of)

I finally weight trained yesterday.
I have been consistently aerobically exercising every day.
For some time, I have been eating whenever I'm hungry but stopping when I'm sated. I find that it's difficult to eat a full meal when I'm out now. I get all bloated and queasy. Yesterday I found myself leaving 1/3 of the food on the plate. I think the thing that's really making the difference is the aerobic exercise.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1585 kcal Activities & Exercise: throwing a tennis ball in the air one arm at a time for 20 minutes (don't ask lol) - 20 minutes, Resting - 15 hours and 40 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...

Thank you very much Farfelu!! :) heheheh It feels good to finally break that barrier heheheh. I will eventually have to have my weight going up again in muscles if everything goes well but never while loosing sight of my six pack (still don't see it lol) ;)

The six pack are still not in sight but I definitely notice a reduction in belly size :)

Now I know what you were saying about being trying to log calories :P I have been munching here and there and it really is a challenge. I'll possibly start trying tomorrow :P
