I've let myself go. I need to get back into shape. This two months of no working out and overeating has really packed on the lbs. Today I get back on track and hopefully get to the 200lb goal.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
