I'm happy to report NO GAIN over the weekend! This is a FIRST in I don't know how many months!!! No loss, but NO GAIN! YAY for me! =D

ImLuuvd...I hate to admit it but I think the biggest thing I did differently this weekend was twofold. 1) Didn't eat excessively, and 2) (gulp***HATE to admit this one***I didn't drink my usual amount of alcoholic beverages.)

Something else I should add is that I've recently started taking a new supplement, Acai. I decided to start taking it as it is great for the immune system and seems to help with weight loss, according to what I've read. I don't know if it's helping but would like to think so.

Acai is great! Good choice! Well, there is a reason in phase 1 SB they dont allow alcohol and also miteslur, when I was an athlete and I was training for a coast to coast bicycling event (Yes, me and my bicycle all the way across the USA)I wasn't allowed any alcohol, it's just so "counter productive" of any health oriented goals. I drink too so I'm not saying you never can, but it does make a difference. YEAH for you! Im glad you're feeling good and seeing a difference. Keep up the great work!
