1430 kcal Fat: 86.89g | Prot: 93.59g | Carb: 64.64g.   Breakfast: Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce,  Sweet Onions , Nature Sweet Cherub Tomatoes,  Spinach ,  Egg,  Egg White . Lunch: Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach, Great Value Green Olives with Pimento, Rosarita Vegetarian Refried Beans, Kraft 3 Cheese Mexicana Shredded Cheese, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Wholly Guacamole Classic Guacamole, Daisy Sour Cream. Dinner:  Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked) , Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Cherries . more...
