Friday the 13th, a scary day for superstitious folks. I had my morning walk for thirty minutes. My husband is getting in to it and even told me it was time to take a walk. He only had to stop once because his calves were complaining. I told him perhaps it would help if he did some lunges and stretched those calf muscles before he started. It was cool this morning, but it didn't take us long to warm up. The temps are supposed to be moderate for the whole week. It feels like fall and I love it.
