Having a hard time losing 10 #. I am down two up two pounds consistently. Just get discouraged!

When you have very little to lose, it usually means your close to or in a healthy weight range for your height, age, sex etc. already. This means it can take longer and be more difficult to get off. This also mean you need to be more strict with the diet. Play around with the calories. Exercise can be your best friend. Be active! Focus on losing fat and firming up. You can have two people who both have the same height, age, and body type. But one weighs 150 and is a size 4, while the other weighs 140 and is a size 8. Body fat and exercise make all the difference.
