So far I'm doing fine on the push-up challenge. Yesterday I did 2 sets of 60 in a row and then a last set of 70. The day before I did 2 sets of 60 and two sets of 50. I've been doing so-so on the Ab challenge. Since I do not have the capability to watch videos here at work to follow along with the 8 min abs video, I did a few sets of 50 crunches. Early in the morning doesn't usually work out. These 12 hour work shifts don't help me stay on track with my cardio or weight training either. Thankfully the next few days I'll have plenty of time to go to the gym and go running. We'll see what I can do to continue my routine even when I'm working all day.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
