that's what I like to see. almost back to last week's weight. shoes you how bad sodium is for ya. I have discovered pesto! I had it on 6 oz of flounder yesterday and baked it, then I toss some with my steamed squash and broccoli! I did my Pilates last night and arm exercises with weights at work during down time. feeling motivated
122.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
