Johnny, Krissy, Chassity, and I started a 10 lb in 5.5 weeks challenge Sunday. I ate healthy all day, worked out 30 minutes at lunch, then 45 minutes doing Pilates last night. THEN I went to the bar with my friend, had one crown and 7, then she ordered French fries and fried pickles, yes I ate some and it was late like around 10. then I had a makers and diet Pepsi and a lemondrop martini. so I only lost 2.2 pounds which is so good for one day, but still. wait I should clarify, I don't expect to lose 2 pounds everyday, but usually after a weekend of drinking and eating lots of sodium, I can lose 3-5 pounds easy. So, my goal is to work out and eat healthy, and not drink every night of the week which has become my custom lately. I also intend on eating healthy on the weekend's. we have agreed to only drink while watching football. if we have a cheat meal, it won't be horrible and it will be at lunch. also I'm on my monthly, so a pound or 2 should fall off quickly once that's over.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
