I weekend of wild eating habits and the scale is not happy with me...but that's okay. I am completely back on track this week and as long as I stay away from all the left over candy I will be fine... but I might have to hide it out of sight. Food left on the counter is a very big temptation for me...doesn't matter what it is really. It could just be left over dinner food but I want it. Oh well. It's just one of those things I have to get over. I guess.
