disgusted with myself been on a non stop binge for three weeks. I have a lot of personal issues going on and I feel like I am losing control. I need a proper eating plan that is realistic and permanent. think I will be looking into the Paleo way of eating. it makes sense to me. Right now I am in no way optimistic but I have to gain control somewhere as all else is going to pot. if anyone has advice on Paleo it's most welcomed- any must haves? Right now I am in a sorry way. almost at the weight I was with my ex I don't want to be like this :(
222.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hunnie, did you not see my inbox message to you? I love Paleo, works so well for me and I don't crave the carbs at all.....so far cos of all the protein and good fats am eating.I replaced cows milk with unsweetened almond milk and I think this is the best thing I have ever tasted. I feel so good within myself eating like this. Didn't think I would but I do.Tried some lovely easy basic recipes which just feel so right but you must still remember for weight loss you have to still adhere to calories in and calories out.I do not fill in a food journal as the foods I eat are not easy to put down.I will email you with some links ok.Please check out others responses on my paleo way of eating forum post.They are very positive ppl to be chatting to.xxx

......also there are alot of blurred lines to paleo/primal (yes i have been reading lots of books lol).Some ppl keep eating dairy some don't.You need to find what suits you.xx
