My name is Melissa, I am a 37 yr old loving life single female from a little city in Norfolk, UK.
Happy in every way barr my weight.Tired of my belly being an overhang to be brutally honest. Never had a skinny figure or even a figure for that matter.Have a forever health matter issue that made me wake up and try harder.Coming to a bit of a slow go/plateaux.I eat very well really anyway if I'm honest and am not interested in a diet as such just a healthy fit way of living as I wouldn't be able to sustain a diet forever and with the health issue it needs to be something I can always keep up.
I have found a new love for the gym which is so hard to believe but hay ho.My stamina is building every time I go which makes me want more and I am feeling so good with it.Whilst I am enjoying it, I shall keep going with it.
This app enables me to lower my daily calorie goal and stick to it as it works all the maths out for me.
I like my carbs and eat high amount and do you know what, it really doesn't matter.Calories in vs Calories out.Everything in moderation.

Paleo way of eating???
It's nice now that I am getting into it and can actually compare what I thought I enjoyed before.I'm glad that happened tonight as now I won't think about it or wish to eat it.
Cardboard was probably what my chips and bread roll resembled this eve.haha.

Paleo way of eating???
All still going very well and foods and I'm finding foods tasting even better than ever.Don't know if anyone else found that?
Mate came round tonight and bought me chips (as we call them here in UK, like fries as you call them in America) and a bread roll-not knowing that I was cutting these foods.I did eat them but bizarrely found them very bland? not tasted like that before.They had no taste!!!!

Haha, love it.I love Lichee fruits.Our Chinese buffet restaurants have them with other fruit and icecream for dessert.
It's ok, I feel fine now.Just couple days.May have been unrelated.Now about to cook a trout for tea.yum.This diet lifestyle just makes me smile.It's all good.x

Finally, yes!! the previous reader didn't return it on time.Picked it up after work today.Read a fair bit on the internet and also a bit of conflicting info too with regards to what is good and what is not but things seem to be working far.
I know the transition period can leave you with headache or what the call 'carb flu' until the 'new way' is established. I do not have any of that but the last couple of mornings have felt a little nausea's. Nothing major but could it be the same kind of thing? I would have had toast and dairy before the change so wonder if it may be the change over? It is fine/bearable and today was nothing compared with yesterday.

Yes,I agree.I definitely don't feel hungry for cruddy stuff as yet......time will tell.
I understand Kingkeld, Nuts are high in monosaturates and low in saturates as long as you don't eat loads.A handful as I was always told is enough. I have developed a love for the gym so will be heading there on Saturday for a well earned workout.
Always try to eat more naturally so this seems to have come quite easy for me to get my head around and I had reached a platau.Increased my exercise etc.
I grow my own veg etc so seemed the next step for me.
