Have been off track past 10 days!!!! Almost feel guilt to even log in on Fatsecret... that's the reason I haven't entered any Food. Frappe's, kit kats, pastas, pizzas, rice..refined and processed food :O! FEEL SICK thinking about it! ... Anyways, plan to go on a vegan diet- so i am thinking Protein Bread, salad, yogurt, fruits, salads and veggies!!
Hope i stick to it... Feel so hopeless and LAZY!!!!
