so i got back from vegas/utah last night, at around ten something. my diet starts today again. we didnt buff-it (eat at a buffet) this time, but i did eat a lot of junk on the road, especially since i was the one that drove there and back. hmm i dont remember eating ANY fruit or veggies this weekend, lol. thats a bad sign. oh well.
in utah, my cousin made a tatertot casserole for us. a layer of ground beef, corn (oh wait theres a veggie), tatertots and cheese. it was so good, even though it sounds gross.
then my cousin took us to a central american restaurant where i ate pupusas (one was bean and cheese, the other was pork, beans, and cheese)and fried yucca. they were soooo good.
diets and vacations dont mix! meh.
