It's that time of year again. Tons of candy laying around. So tempted to sit out back with a coffee and a nice chocolate bar. Oh how nice that would be. I took one peek at the candy basket and had to walk away. One thing a food diary taught me was that the bad sugar indulgences led to poor meal choices later while also making me feel hungry and never satisfied. So, Mars bar, you don't win today.
Cardio today included, the stairmaster 10 minutes (level 5), 15 minutes of running, and the arc trainer for 20 minutes.:D
It was a good day :D Happy Halloween.
