Very emotionally stressed right now. Usually that means either overeating or under-eating. I'm kind of under-eating. Either way isn't good so I've got to get a grip on this. I've lost 6 lbs in 10 days and met my first goal. I'm happy about meeting my goal but it's a bittersweet joy because I haven't really done it in the healthiest way.
