First loss since re-starting, 4.8 lbs, yay! I'm going to celebrate this journey 5 lbs at a time, no pressure, and no time goals other than to commit to this for one full year. I think by looking at this as a year long commitment, rather than a commitment to reach a certain weight by a certain time might make all the difference for me to reach the place where I want to be and to stay there. And one year from now, if I've reached my goal and MAINTAINED it- I am going to reward myself. Now I've just got to decide what I want that reward to be...
