Someone pinch me I must be dreaming and I love the Carbohydrate Addicts Way of living. Yay!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 September 2013:
1050 kcal Fat: 33.40g | Prot: 76.85g | Carb: 62.39g.   Breakfast: Red Raspberries, Fried Egg, Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Tomato, Muscle Maker Grill Grilled Chicken Breast. Dinner: Unsalted Butter Stick, French or Vienna Roll, Ragu Light Spaghetti Sauce, Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Dry Table Wine, Strawberries. more...

So how come I never heard of it until almost 3 weeks ago? Have you found that very often when you get to the reward meal you can't eat it all?

I feel the same way. Wish I had known about it years ago. Yes, when I eat low carb all day - my appetite is reduced by leaps and bounds. Don't even want the bad stuff :-) Love my protein.

Tonight for my reward meal I am having Spaghetti with low carb Dream Fields pasta and garlic bread and salad with buttermilk ranch. Maybe a glass of wine and a mini eclaire for desert. lol BTW I lost another half pound yesterday.

That meal sounds absolutely wonderful and you're losing weight eating this way. What more can you ask for in an eating program? Enjoy the journey.
