Well, it's Friday, and I've made it through the week with only one major cheat meal. I had to eat cake and pie for my wife's birthday. Overall it has been a good week. I made it to the gym, and I dropped 4 pounds.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
