Having less leg cramps since I increased my water intake. I can tell the cooler weather is causing my joints to hurt some, but not as bad as last year with 40lbs more weight.

i didnt think about the water takin your leg cramps away cause i just naturally drink so much water...but glad it helped!!!...i agree with hurtin more some days when the weather changes...but like you said not as bad as a year ago....hope you had a great day yesterday
