If you have an excess of cool, you send some to PA. It's brutally hot and humid today. But we are anticipating a cool front and cool nights in the upper 50's. Hooray... I'll be able to open the windows. I love air conditioning, but love fresh air so much more. I sleep better.
Chill, relax, feet up. Take it easy. Do you meditate? I used to then for some reason stopped. It helped my depression bushels. I got my cd's out and began again.
