I was very disappointed this morning, I think I have been pretty accurate in recording Exercise too must be the key. Been trying to eat 2 cups of soup every day to help feel full.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
