I just tweeked my knee. I am not sure if I did it during training or if I pushed itt too far on my run. I am going to keep doing some cross training and not run for a few days. This does NOT help with my training program! DANG!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
