Half way to my goal weight today. I'm amazed I've made it this far. This site and the people on it have been immensely helpful. Thank you all, especially my buddies!

Muscles don't feel bad at all from swimming yesterday. Chronic shoulder issue has flared up a bit but I expect it will calm down as I do this more.

Hey! We both got some swimming in!! Awesome! I was very proud of myself for not only going swimming but staying calm in the water. (that's my biggest issue, I tend to get revved up and hyperventilate a little). I'm getting excited about the "Beaver Freezer" Tri in April. Congrats on the continued weight loss.

I have my tri picked out too. It's a sprint length tri on June 12. (Elkhart Lake Triathlon) If that goes well, there's an Olympic length one in August that might be a good late season challenge.

A little soreness is okay with me. It's nice to be reminded once in a while that I actually have some muscles.

After training Monday, Tuesday was fine. Yesterday my Obliques were SCREAMING. Laughing hurt so bad, but I know what you mean, it means somethings going on and that's good. Look at you two tri-athletes and all. I can't swim without plugging my nose so I won't be joining in any time soon.

Well, I probably run about as well as you swim, so don't call me a triathlete yet.
