Really enjoying the change in diet so far although I have to admit to finding it hard when it comes to using all my points allowance. I didn't realise that by eating the right foods, you can eat so much more. I haven't been able to get round to exercising yet. Why is it the minute I start something, disaster strikes. The first night (yesterday) my partner and I discovered in all the heavy rains, that our sunroof leaks so had to handle that one. Now tonight our washing machine has stopped working and have had to unblock the pipe. Although, surely all the bending down to the drum and standing up to empty to the cup in the sink must count for something - it certainly felt as if I'd had a workout! I'm taking part in the drink 8 glasses of water a day campaign which has certainly kept the hunger pangs at bay. Just wish I didn't need the bathroom so much! Well I just hope that the rest of my diet runs smoothly because I can't wait to be slim so that I can start trying on wedding dresses to find that perfect one!
