I'm having a hard time today with food sometimes I just don't feel like eating and today is one of those day's. I feel like a Mac truck has run me over so I am going to do my best to drink a lot today and try eating sometime that's not going to make me nauseous :( No exercise today not a good idea with out eating my blood sugar is to low for that today, so I think it's a good day to chill out :)
