I have been enjoying life too much and now 5 am paying the price for poorchoices and avoidence. I will stick with calorie counting..vegetables...fruits...no alcohol,,,,limit my intake of red meat and even chicken and watch the bread to not be excessive. Goal Sept. 7th 185.00
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
