I have been bouncing around on the primal blue print diet keeping the carbs low but on Saturday I had a dinner party and drank way too much wine...result...up a pound..I am frustrated with my inconsistancy and I KNOW W>W> works, so I have a plan! Count WW points but eliminating the wheat and grains. I feel better with less wheat in my diet. I will still eat the potatoes and quinoa and wild rice......BUT the booze has to go!
