Today I Begin My New Way Of Eating..... Bought some food this weekend to get me started. My bro called me and went and picked apples and pears at his house.... Brought my zumba DVD'S to work hoping to get a chance to get started there, if not I will have to do it as soon as I walk in the door from work.... because I know me. Not sure what calorie goal I want to reach each day, hopefully will figure that one out real soon, don't want to go too low, yet not too high I won't loose much... Thanks for all the support and to my buddy Msinai, hope your weekend went well. Gonna take some getting used to , logging in my food yet I believe quite necessary.... LETS HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK, "WE CAN DO IT" !!! HUGS !!
