Ok, not doing well, at all... have had a horrible sinus infection along w/my allergies.... I know no excuse yet here I go again... Really have to focus on getting some exercises in also after my head stops feeling like it is gonna blow up...... Wasn't gonna get on here yet felt I really needed to .... start counting again tomorrow..... HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK !!

Getting the Zumba steps... wooo-hoo !! Did pretty well yesterday. Did go out to eat at Golden Corral, and did quite well. Was able to pass up my usual Chocolate Cake and had fruit instead, huge accomplishment for me. I did eat a little more than my usual "new" way of eating yet did not over do it... Feeling happier and more so that I am doing something for me....Going to a family gathering sat for the holiday and planning on deeping this up. Tried salmon in a new way, yet cannot find a way that I like it, frustrating because I know it is good for you. I like albacore tuna, and most sea food yet just can't find my liking there... Have an AWESOME,SUCCESSFUL DAY !!!!

Today I Begin My New Way Of Eating..... Bought some food this weekend to get me started. My bro called me and went and picked apples and pears at his house.... Brought my zumba DVD'S to work hoping to get a chance to get started there, if not I will have to do it as soon as I walk in the door from work.... because I know me. Not sure what calorie goal I want to reach each day, hopefully will figure that one out real soon, don't want to go too low, yet not too high I won't loose much... Thanks for all the support and to my buddy Msinai, hope your weekend went well. Gonna take some getting used to , logging in my food yet I believe quite necessary.... LETS HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK, "WE CAN DO IT" !!! HUGS !!

Ok, well learning already. Running late this am stopped and got 2 breakfast burritos McD's thinking can't be too bad, WOW 600 calories... Have to go to store this weekend for FOOD,anyway how many calories do you all eat in a day ? I've been told 1300 a day for me ? I really have to get going this weekend and maybe make some kind of breakfast thing to put in fridge so I can grab and go. I think plan plan plan will be good for me...
