Hey everyone, I got through the first day of phase 1, It was so hard, and still is but i think day one is the hardest, Because im doing a lot better with it then i was, But anyways i lost 2 pounds already (YAY!!!!!!!!) I'm so happy and excited and i cant wait to lose more, Anyways i'll keep everyone updated as i lose my weight, Well good luck to everyone!

Great Job!!! Keep it up, I know how hard my first day was and as I'm in my 7th and 7 lbs. lighter...I'm definitely doing better and watching the numbers go down and getting used to eating differently, I hope you continue to be as enthusiastic as I was as the days went on to present.
