Since I started my food-combining diet Monday a week ago, I have developed a taste for fruits and vegetables that I have never eaten. I am surprised that I actually like the taste. So glad as I have gotten older that my taste buds have changed....lol. I still have a hard time with beets and cottage cheese, but, even that I manage to eat (on a small scale). Thank goodness those are not part of my every day meal plan. So far, so good - even though I did gain .2 oz since my last weigh in, I am ok with that. I know I can do this, because I have this motto to go by: "Decide*Commit*Succeed", and, "If it is meant to be, it is up to ME" - no one else can do this for me!!!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good for you girl. I love your motto and saying..Kepp it up. The holidays are coming faster than we like so we have to good now so we can have a lil wiggle room if we need it later. I am glad you are enjoying fruits and veggies more. Try cottage cheese with some splenda and buy a big bag of unsweetened strawberries, chopped them up and add the Splenda. Let them sit a little to get the Splenda in them good and add them to greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese. I am now a believer in these two calcium rich foods, helping to get the tummy flatter. Do I love the yogurt? No, but it is doable. Depends on how bad I want to lose. Keep up the good work.
