I always put my family ahead of me, but I need to focus on giving myself DAILY attention as well. That has been the hardest habit for me to form. I am making a daily effort to keep track of focusing on me. I am starting with 15 mins. Not much but I need to start small or I won't commit. :)
I discover from first entry, I need to reduce fats and increase proteins. I love real butter and mayonnaise. Bummer :(

Today I went almost 100 calories over my limit - just for today. I had a moment of guilt. So, tomorrow I'm back on track. A little bump in the road is okay, too. Overall, there's progress!
