I always put my family ahead of me, but I need to focus on giving myself DAILY attention as well. That has been the hardest habit for me to form. I am making a daily effort to keep track of focusing on me. I am starting with 15 mins. Not much but I need to start small or I won't commit. :)
I discover from first entry, I need to reduce fats and increase proteins. I love real butter and mayonnaise. Bummer :(

After almost 10 yrs of being sick, misdiagnosis, lifestyle changes and getting off track, I am now gluten free and ready to get my life and body back! Working on juggling a healthy balance in my life. Gluten free for 7 weeks so far and feeling better.
