Thanks, I had actually made it down to 134 lbs at one point from 240+ lbs, and actually that was too thin! So I started eating to stop the weight loss! Then I had a bike accident last Sept and was in a cast for 15 weeks then rehab for 8 weeks, so wasn't doing my normal exercise. But of course didn't change my eating enough to compensate. Well, the weight came back on and I got up to 158 lbs and was forced to go back into 32 inch waists. Now only 5 more lbs and back to my target weight of 145 lbs.
