not been on here in a looong time... did really well this summer and lost some weight, then my schedule changed and it hasn't been so easy to exercise. eating pretty well but not keeping track and counting calories like i was before...
137.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
