Haven't been logging any exercise on this site, but I thought I'd track how many Disco Sweat songs in a row I can get through. I started out only able to make it through the first one ("didn't want to overexert myself" ... phooey!) and I just wrapped up 6! Well, 5 then a break then the 6th.
There's really no better feeling than being all sweaty and knowing that, in the words of the man himself, "you're on the highway to health!"
Know what? Time to finish the disc, ab song and all. :)
