this is the second day of this so called diet. I have not done well at all the only thing that I have done right is resist the temptation to eat out at a fast food joint when all my friends were going to Mcdonalds for lunch. I still have gone over my 2000 cal diet but have ate pretty much healthy except for the chips and salsa earlier. I plan on getting back on track and working out tomorrow. I really need to do this!!!

McDonalds does have some good choices avail-Their southwest chicken salad with grilled chicken with Balsamic dressing is a good choice-lots of flavor. Try to see it as "choices" rather than a "diet" it doesn't seem so "jail-like" :-) You can have all sorts of food -but calorie dense food won't fill you up like something that isn't so packed with calories. If you like salsa-I know of a great cabbage salsa recipe-and you can have LOTS of it & it will fill you up!
