Going to try an Induction Phase of Atkins as Justin and I have challenged each other to weight loss now through November 28th. We shall see how this goes.

Yes, we can. I have tried multiple methods before and have done Atkins as well before and never made it past the first week of induction. It's as if this thing goes off in my head that since I lost in week one, I don't need to do it anymore. Who knows where that is coming from.
