Fell off the wagon my first day by having Chinese food for lunch with Liz. I won't let it get me down though because I will begin again tonight with juicing and water for dinner then a fresh start tomorrow.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
