One the eve on day 19 of my water fast and for now my only bouts of hunger are inside my head. And yes I do miss food but not the way you think. Even when I was trying to be careful with what I ate, I really wasn't doing a good job at it. If I ate all my food for the day and still had 700 calories then why go out and eat 2 McDoubles? With this fast I want to build new taste buds for vegetables, fruits and beans first. I think it will be doable after this fast is over amd I don't want gain ALL this weight back again.
332.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.0 lb a week
